Physical Therapy

Our Physical Therapists create personalized rehabilitation programs designed to help each resident achieve their highest level of function, independence, and quality of life. Through expert balance, gait, strength, and postural assessments, our PTs identify individual needs and develop targeted strategies to help residents move with greater confidence.

Within senior living communities, our Physical Therapists become an integral part of Fall Prevention, working proactively to reduce risk and promote safer mobility.

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapists bring specialized expertise in geriatric and dementia care to help residents feel more confident, capable, and independent in their daily lives. Through compassionate, personalized care, our OTs provide practical strategies to support personal hygiene, daily activities, anxiety management, and overall independence in the home and community setting.

Our OTs also specialize in environmental assessments, identifying potential barriers and recommending practical solutions to create safer, more supportive living environments.

Speech-Language Therapy

Our Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) provide specialized care for conditions affecting speech, language, cognition, and swallowing. Through personalized, compassionate therapy, our SLPs help residents maintain their ability to communicate, participate in daily activities, and enjoy a greater sense of independence and well-being.

For older adults, speech therapy can support everything from clearer communication and cognitive function to safer swallowing and improved nutrition.
